Encloses his paper for publication. There is 'little doubt' that the topic will be of interest to Germany. However, H S Taylor is continuing to publish work on this subject an id getting a little to close to them to be comfortable. The Royal Society have a great reputation for publishing only a general summary and issuing only a few prints of the paper, as they did with Payman and his explosion work. It should be easy to obtain referees who have signed the Secrecy Act,
