Description

Reports on remarks made by a referee. The referee's criticism may be due to the brevity of the paper. The referee has confused the two constants and is incorrect about the specific rotation of sugar cane. The referee claims that the experimental conclusions are unjustified, which the author refutes. Asks for the opinion of a second referee, preferably an experimentalist.
