Description

The Department was invited to apply for copies of a paper and in these circumstances, the submission of an invoice would be inappropriate. Appleton gave the names of the Directors of Scientific Research departments, which is 'embarrasing'. Asks for assurance that no account has been sent to the Service Departments.
