Description

In spite of the opinion of the Ministry or Aircraft Production, there is still some doubt as to whether it is safe to publish the paper at this time. The Ministry claimed that all the technique in the paper is well-known, but it is unknown if it is well-known outside Britain. An Admiralty opinion should be sought
