Recommended for publication in Proceedings. Some of the heavy tables should be omitted, due to the current paper shortage. Under normal circumstances, they could be printed. Copndensed summarising tables could be added instead and detailed copes can be held within the Royal Society library.

Contains extra question - 'Is there any information contained in the paper which likely to be of value to the enemy?' Referee replies no.
