John Douglas Cockcroft has discussed the paper with Walter Heinrich Heitler, who find the paper has been amended in accordance with their suggestions. Alfred Charles Glyn Egerton thinks the paper can be published without a referee. Richard Whiddington agrees to acceptance of the paper.
