Although the paper is not secret, 'it is considered wise that no sales or public distribution should be made during the war'. Requests the entire edition is delivered to the Royal Society, and 'the type immediately broken up after printing'. In addition to the ordinary stock, requests in separate parcels 18 copies, 50 copies and one copy of the paper.
