Description

Sectional Committee: Physics

Has read the obituary notices and finds them satisfactory. Suggests sending the paper by Walter George Kannuluik to Ezer Griffith. The paper communicated by Meghnad N Saha should be sent to Alfred Fowler, asking him if the paper contains enough new matter to justify publication.

Appended note to Alfred Fowler, dated 10 October 1939, states that Alfred Charles Glyn Egerton has read the paper, and finds not much new in it, but it is a useful summary. Requests his opinion as to whether the paper contains enough new matter to justify publication.
