Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Is not sure if any portions of the paper are redundant, but thinks Alfred Charles Glyn Egerton would be a better judge. Suggests adding further comment on the 'violet continuum'. Refers to work of Vaidya.
