Sectional committee: Physics

Recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions. The paper consists of the 'best experimental work in physics at present being done in India'. However, not much new will come out after the paper. Krishnan is 'so good' that he might move on to something more important. The paper is entirely up-to-date and follows all modern theories.
