Reference number: RR/65/144

Date: October 1938

Description

Sectional committee: Physics

Not recommended for publication. The paper seems good but is currently 'incomprehensible'. Publishing papers like this are 'spoiling the quality of the Proceedings'. Only a specialist could understand the paper. The authors should combine all their work into one Philosophical Transactions paper instead.

[Published in Proceedings of the Royal Society A, 1939].

Endorsed on verso as received 24 October 1938.
