No clear statement regarding publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Does not understand the meaning of the term 'spreading out', which may be a translation of a German term. Suggests giving clear definition for the terms 'orbital degeneracy' and 'accidental degeneracy'. Notes some places where terms and wording are unclear.
