Not recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Can only comment on the anatomical portions of the paper, which contain a careful investigation of a 'haphazard selection of representatives of the two Families'. Refers to work of David A Kribs. The paper deals with elaborating points of detail rather than adding materially to knowledge.
