Description

Sectional committee: Physics

Not recommended for publication. He has checked the mathematical parts of the paper and the first one is wrong. The second one seems correct but the author doesn't definitely say what he is calculating so it's difficult to be sure. The assumptions don't seem reasonable. The paper is 'full of ad hoc hypotheses and incorrect mathematics' and is unsuitable for publication.

[Not published].
