Not recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Refers to work of George Frederick Charles Searle. The method is rough and not suitable for accurate work. Finds a lack of general results and correlation between the results and recognised physical properties. Suggests the paper is more suitable for a technical journal. If published, it should be shortened.
