Description

Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The character of the paper is more suited for the Chemical Society. Considers the abstract already published in the Proceedings to cover all the major aspects of the paper, with many passages copied verbatim. As such, the Royal Society has already published the majority of the paper. Suggests the author add some clarifying lines to the analysis.
