Encloses reports by George Gabriel Stokes [RR/5/260] and William Hallowes Miller [RR/5/258]. Has sent the reports to the author, at George Gabriel Stoke's request, and encloses his reply. George Gabriel Stokes should now send the paper to the printers, and the author should write a supplementary paper.
