Description

Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Referee is familiar with the specimen described and can verify the accuracy of the 'representations'. Considers the paper unsatisfactory in some respects, but 'on the whole' the paper is a 'valuable addition'.
