Description

Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Cannot offer an opinion on the anatomical portions of the paper. Suggests postponing publication of the first part of the paper until the descriptions are complete and can be published as a whole. Notes that the stratigraphic measurements given in the paper do not correspond to those found by the referee on their visit to the locality. Refers to the Vicomte de Lastic, who has created a second collection of material from the same locality. As such, and because the locality remains unexplored fully, the title should be amended to specify that the descriptions are limited to material in the possession of the British Museum [Natural History Museum].
