Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The investigations are 'still very unfinished. As the paper contains new facts, suggests it be reduced for publication in the Proceedings. Once the investigations are complete it should be considered for publication in the Philosophical Transactions.
