Description

Is satisfied with the reports on the author's paper and gives the order to proceed with printing. Agrees that the reference to Jacob Augustus Lockhart Clarke's paper need only be a brief acknowledgement of recognition. Suggests the author plan the figures out in order to calculate the expense. Agrees with the hand-colouring of the figure as it will aid clarity and is only a modest expense. Asks for the referees of Marshall's paper [John Marshall? RR/5/140-141].
