Description

Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Apologises for not writing sooner, and hopes the telegram [RR/5/100] reaches the Society on time. Considers the results 'peculiar to the author and I believe without exception erroneous'. Believes that many of the author's results have been previously published.
