Description

Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Referee has had the chance to examine the preparations used for the paper himself, and confirms they show great care and exactness. Considers some of the illustrations to be superfluous. Refers to work of Jacob Augustus Lockhart Clarke, which has not been referenced by the author, but he believes a note will be added by the author.
