Description

Sectional Committee: Botany

No clear statement regarding publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Criticises the use of 'n' for 'x'. The proposed alterations still leave the author open to claim a new discovery which is already well-known to cytologists. Suggests adding a reference to the work of the referee from 1909. Insists on seeing the terms of the corrections to be made.
