Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Refers to work of John Arthur Wilson. Is not sure the theoretical calculations need be published, owing to the 'sweeping assumptions' made of them. Suggests replacing them with a short qualitative treatment. Has not kept up to date with developments in this subject area, suggests submitting the paper to a specialist such as Gilbert Smithson Adair.
