Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Suggests indicating the intensities of band densities where possible. Suggests combining some of the tables. Finds the plates to be very poor quality. Has corrected some errors in the manuscript 'which should not have escaped the notice of all three authors'.
