Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. No reference is made to a similar paper by Sydney Arthur Asdell and Francis Hugh Adam Marshall. Criticises the experimental method. Suggests the introduction and discussion be rewritten to emphasise the comparative effects of oestrin. Suggests the opinion of a pathologist be sought regarding some of the slides. Gives detailed list of points in the text that require clarification.
