Not recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. The results are undoubtedly good, but it is doubful 'whether they lend themselves to quantitative theoretical interpretation in a way which justifies their reproduction in such detail'. Suggests the paper be shortened if it is to be suitable for publication.
