Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Finds the experimental work carefully conducted. Does not feel competent o give an opinion on the interpretation, suggests a physical chemist such as Thomas Martin Lowry be asked to referee. Suggests stating the chemical formulae of the compounds investigated. Suggests adding a summary description of the photographic plates. Refers to work by Henri and Lasereff, which might be of interest to the authors.
