Description

Sectional Committee: Chemistry

Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. The paper is 'on the verge of what is weighty enough to be published' in the Proceedings. It may have been more suitable for the Faraday Society. Finds some of the methods not to be new, but their application is.
