Description

Sectional Committee: Physics

No clear statement regarding publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Is not that familiar with the subject, suggests the paper be submitted to a mathematician such as John Edward Lennard-Jones. Has read the papers referred to, byt the author and Born. Does ot find the comparison between theory and experiment very clear, the discussion could be improved and the rest of the paper condensed.
