Not recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Has not checked the details, but there is always the possibility of a mistake, which is natural for such difficult work. Louis Napoleon George Filon may be able to suggest a suitable referee for checking the details, such as E Cunningham. Finds an introductory sentence to be unconnected, unless further mention is made of electrons and lead.
