Suggests the paper be sent to Edmund John Bowen or Ronald George Wreyford Norrish for comment. Refers to work of Cyril Norman Hinshelwood, with whose work the current paper contradicts in places. Presentation of the paper has improved. Gives thorough criticism of the experimental method.
