Sectional Committee: Physics

Not recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Has discussed the paper with William Lawrence Bragg, with permission. The work is well done, but the results are slight and lack novelty. Finds paper more suitable for the journal of the London Physical Society. The experiments are limited to only one wavelength, resulting in unsatisfactory result interpretation.
