Description

Sectional Committee: Physics

Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Finds the authors have misunderstood his previous recommendation of adding O-C values to the table. Finds no advantage to their current method. Considers it better to incorporate the new matter into the present paper.
