Description

Sectional Committee: Physics

Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The work is dull but should be published. 'My only hesitation about the paper is that I see no reason why the authors should not go on burning out similar results for ever, all equally good and equally dull, and I see no reason why there should ever come a point where the line must be drawn to refuse publication'.
