Description

Sectional Committee: Physics

Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. The paper is a continuation of a previous one by the same authors in collaboration with John Cunningham McLennan. Some of the errors from the previous paper have been corrected, and further material presented. Does not think the paper can be shortened without loss of value. Suggests asking the authors is any further experiments will involve repetition of results from the current paper. If so, suggests holding the current paper over until the work has been completed.
