Description

Sectional Committee: Zoology

Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The author does not appear to accept the criticisms of th first report [RR/49/71]. Had suggests the paper be reviewed for composition and grammar, which the author has not undertaken. The author has not undertaken to correct some rearragement for clarity. The author has not attempted to clarify the systematics. If 'the author will not conform to the standard usages of Systematic Palaeontology...I cannot recommend the Royal Society to accept a paper for publication which does not aim at attaining to the highest standard of Palaeontological writing'.
