Recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions, in full but some condensation would be preferable. He isn't competent to comment on the question as he doesn't have much knowledge of mesozoic flora. If a second referee has more knowledge in this area, he will defer to their opinion. Some condensation may be possible.
