Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London', but only if suitably revised. The results are new and interesting, but the application of these rests on a fallacy in reasoning, especially as regards the vertical antenna. Suggests a revised paper, along with Appendix I, would make a suitable paper for the Proceedings.
