Not recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. The problem was worked out previously by Coates, and quoted by Alfred Barnard Basset. The authors could be asked why they believe their solution is more correct than Coates'. Suggests the solution be held back until it can be published with associated applications.
