Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Provides some graphs. The work is not convincing, which goes against publishing the paper. Gives a thorough criticism of the experimental method. The physiological methods have not been proved to take place, with no discussion of possible alternate processes.
