Description

Sectional committee: Mathematics

Not recommended for publication. The author's method used to determining eigenvalues is not justified and 'it is not surprising that it gave the wrong results in the present case'. No small alteration will correct this. Part II is independent from part I and could be published by itself. Part I has lots of errors and is 'valueless'.
