Description

Sectional committee: Mathematics

Not recommended for publication. There is nothing new in the paper that hasn't already been discovered by Schouten. It is strange that the author doesn't refer to Schouten's work. However, he lives in China so might not be up to date with contemporary scientific publications.

[Not published].
