Description

Recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions. Some of the results seem insufficiently established. There is currently not a lot of existing work on the subject, so publication would be positive. Writing style of the paper could be re-worked. All drawings don't need to be published - only important ones should be kept. Encourages the author to write more slowly to ensure less mistakes.
