Not recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Is not satisfied with the newly submitted figure. Requests a comparison between the current results and those of Williams, but the authors have only provided a comparison with the results of Edwards, which are not in dispute. Refers to work of Robert Andrews Millikan. Encloses a rough plot from the respective tables. Requests that the authors provide a comparison with the results of Williams, which he asked for previously.
