Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Questions whether the long and intricate analysis in the paper is more suited for a specialist journal, such as the London Mathematical Society. This is the preferred opinion of the referee, except that the previous parts of the series were printed in the Proceedings.
