Description
Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The 'copious abstact in the 'Proceedings will be amply sufficient'. Refers to the opinions and researches of of Francis Herbert Wenham, George Rainey [Quarterly Journal of Microscopical Science, Vol.II]. Suggests the paper also be submitted to Joseph Jackson Lister or Charles Brooke, as their have more confidence in the subject.
