Gives no recommendation for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society', instead leaves decision to the Committee. Subject of paper 'has already been discussed at the Engineer and Architectural Societies in a Court of Law', and published in great part in the Minutes of the Civil Engineers 1843-1850, of which the tables are 'exact copies'.
