Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Refers to previous work by Dr. Stilling of Cassel[Benedict Stilling?], and compares to current processes in the reviewed paper. Describes the paper as philosophical in it's discussion of the results. Remarks that a subsequent work by Albert von Kölliker has corroborated the accuracy of the results.
